Cooking Instructions: Stovetop: Cover carrots with water in sauce pot. Bring to a boil and simmer 5-1 minutes or until tender. Microwave: Place 1 cup and 2 tablespoons water in microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave on high for 3 minutes. Steam: Steam carrots, covered, over boiling water 8-12 minutes or until tender.
Keep refrigerated. If your carrots appear slightly dry, rinse with cold water or about a minute.
