Ingredients
Chicken, Provolone Cheese (Cultured Pasteurized Milk, Salt, Enzymes), Water, Less than 2% of Romano Cheese (Pasteurized Part-Skim Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Vinegar, Spices, Sea Salt, Paprika (Color), Dehydrated Onion, Dehydrated Garlic, Dehydrated Red Bell Pepper, in a Natural Pork Casing.

Directions
Microwave: Place sausage in a microwave-safe dish, add 1/2 cup water, and cover. Microwave on high for 3 – 3-1/2 minutes (Microwave ovens vary: Adjust time as needed) and until 165 degrees F. Stovetop: Add 2 cups water to a large saute pan and heat to a simmer. Add sausage and simmer 6 – 8 minutes and until 165 degrees F, turning occasionally. Grill: Preheat grill on medium. Place sausage directly over heat. Grill 10 -12 minutes and until 165 degrees F, turning occasionally. Keep refrigerated.
