WHITE CABBAGE, SALT, ASCORBIC ACID (PRESERVATIVE).

Directions
Preparation: Put the Sauerkraut into a saucepan and let simmer at medium heat for about 15 minutes. Stir from time to time.
Keep refrigerated after opening.
