Directions
Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate left-overs immediately or discard.
Cooking Directions: Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Remove pork from package and place on a shallow baking pan. 3. Bake, uncovered, until the thickest portion of the pork reaches 155 degrees F, approximately 30 minutes. 4. Let pork rest for 5-10 minutes. Serve and enjoy! Grill: 1. Preheat grill to medium heat (350 degrees F). 2. Remove pork from package and place directly on the grate of grill. 3. Grill pork to a minimum internal temperature of 155 degrees F, turning occasionally. 4. Let pork rest for 5-10 minutes. Serve and enjoy! Important! Always prepare meat from a thawed state. Ovens and grills will vary. Always use a digital cooking thermometer inserted into the thickest portion of the meat, to test doneness.
