Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.

Bake: Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F Remove pork from
package and place on a shallow baking pan. Bake uncovered until the thickest portion of the pork reaches 155°–160°F (medium), approximately 30 minutes. Let pork rest for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy! Grill: Always prepare meat from thawed state.
Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat (350°F). Remove pork from package and place directly on the grate of the grill. Grill pork to a minimum internal temperature of 155°–160°F (medium), turning occasionally. Let pork rest for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
