Tapioca Starch, Water, Potato Starch, Potato Flour, Palm Oil, Natural Vinegar, Honey, Egg Yolks, Salt, Herbs, Ground Garlic, Black Pepper.

Directions
Chef Jeff Suggests – For Baking: Mix Gluten Free Seasoned Panko Flakes together with a small amount of vegetable oil. Sprinkle on top of your casserole. Coat fish fillets or chicken cutlets with a little bit of oil. Press one side into Chef Jeff’s Gluten Free Seasoned Panko and bake at 350 degrees with the crust side up, until cooked through. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce!
