Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection follow these handling instructions: Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Quick & Easy Cooking Method: Always cook to 165 degrees F. Slice: Remove casing and slice roll into 1/2 inch thick patties. Stovetop: Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat. Place patties in hot skillet. Turn occasionally and cook approximately 15-17 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165 degrees F as measured by a meat thermometer.
