Jimmy Dean Premium Hickory Smoked Bacon is a thicker cut for bold but balanced flavor. This sliced bacon has 8 grams of protein per serving to help power a busy morning. Simply cook and serve these hickory bacon slices with scrambled eggs and toast for a traditional breakfast, top a burger with bacon pieces, or add bacon bits to salad. Each package includes 16 oz of bacon. Keep sliced bacon refrigerated.

Directions
BAKE: Conventional Oven1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place desired number of bacon slices in shallow baking pan on broiler rack. 2. Bake 15 to 17 minutes or to desired crispness. No turning needed. Appliances vary. Heating times approximate. Fry: Skillet1. Place bacon slices in unheated skillet. 2. Cook slowly over LOW heat, turning occasionally and draining excess drippings as needed. Appliances vary. Heating times approximate. Microwave: Microwave Oven1. Arrange up to 12 bacon slices on paper towel microwave safe plate. Cover with paper towel to prevent spattering. 2.
