Cooking Instructions: 1. Heat Bowl: Leave film on bowl, and microwave on high for 3 minutes. 2. Stir: Pull back film, stir, and re-cover. Microwave on high for additional 2 minutes. 3. Enjoy!: Stir, let stand for 1 minute, and enjoy! Caution: Tray and contents will be hot. Keep bowl frozen; Do not thaw. Cooking instructions developed using 1100 watt microwave oven.
