Kikkoman® Less Sodium Soy Sauce contains 38% less sodium than regular Kikkoman® Traditionally Brewed Soy Sauce. The salt is removed after the fermentation process to retain the naturally rich flavor, aroma and color of Kikkoman® Traditionally Brewed Soy Sauce. Kikkoman® Less Sodium Soy Sauce is certified Kosher. Brewed in the USA, Kikkoman® Less Sodium Soy Sauce is made to the highest standards of quality that consumers have come to expect from Kikkoman.
Ingredients
WATER, WHEAT, SOYBEANS, SALT, LACTIC ACID, SODIUM BENZOATE: LESS THAN 1/10 OF 1% AS A PRESERVATIVE.
Directions
Use Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce as you would our regular Soy Sauce; for basting, marinating, and as an ingredient in sauces, vegetables, stews and soups.
Refrigerate after opening.
