Ingredients
100% Whole Grain Oats, Brown Sugar, Milk Protein Concentrate, Whey Protein Isolate With Sunflower Lecithin, Semisweet Chocolate (sugar, Unsweetened Chocolate, Cocoa Butter, Dextrose, Sunflower Lecithin), Marshmallow (dextrose, Rice Flour, Palm Oil Natural Flavor), Cane Sugar, Sea Salt Natural Flavor.

Directions
Add 1/3 cup water or milk & stir well. Microwave for 45-60 seconds or steep for 2-3 minutes. Adults should supervise children. Microwave Directions: 1. Tear packet open and add contents to a microwave-safe bowl. 2. Add 1/3 cup water (use milk for extra protein). 3. Stir until combined. 4. Based on desired texture, heat in microwave on high for 45-60 seconds (Directions developed with 1100-watt microwave ovens. Microwaves vary. Adjust cooking time as needed. Steeping Directions: 1. Empty contents into a bowl. 2. Add 1/3 cup hot water (use milk for extra protein). 3. Stir well, cover, and let stand for 2-3 minutes. Caution! Bowl and contents will be hot.
