ENRICHED BLEACHED FLOUR (WHEAT FLOUR, NIACIN, REDUCED IRON, THIAMINE MONONITRATE, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID), SHORTENING (MEAT FATS, VEGETABLES OILS, BHA, PROPYL GALLATE, CITRIC ACID, DIMETHYLPOLYSILOXANE), WATER, SALT, DOUGH CONDITIONER (WHEY [MILK], L-CYSTEINE), BAKING POWDER (CORN STARCH, BICARBONATE OF SODA, SODIUM ALUMINIUM SULFATE, CALCIUM ACID PHOSPHATE).
Directions
Ready to Cook in 3 easy steps: 1. Preheat a non-stick, ungreased pan or skillet to medium-high heat, 40 degrees F approximately. 2. Place tortilla in pan and cook around 30 seconds. 3. Flip tortilla and cook for about 30 seconds. Flip tortilla again and cook for another 20 seconds, if necessary, until puffed and slightly golden, even, with toast marks.
