Directions
Cooking Directions: 3 easy steps. 1. Rinse fish well in ice cold water. Shake off excess water. 2. Coat fish in LA Fish Fry Seafood Breading Mix. 3. Deep fry fish at 350 degrees F until and until golden brown. Variations: Simply follow the same fish fry directions to prepare tasty oysters, shrimp and vegetables. 10 oz. of LA fish fry seafood breading mix coats approximately 3-4 lbs. of seafood.
