Our seasoned fish fry is the one that started it all! It’s a flavorful blend of cornmeal, garlic, salt and other spices traditionally used as a total seasoning for your favorite fish, oysters, shrimp, meat or vegetables.
Ingredients
YELLOW CORN MEAL, YELLOW CORN FLOUR, SALT, MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE, SPICES, CITRIC ACID, DRIED GARLIC, PAPRIKA, TRI-CALCIUM PHOSPHATE (TO PREVENT CAKING).
Directions
Cooking Instructions: 1. Rinse fish well in ice cold water. Shake off excess water. 2. Firmly press fish into the Seafood Breading Mix until completely coated. 3. Deep fry fish at 350 degrees F until golden brown and internal temperature is 145 degrees F. Enjoy! Variations: Simply follow the same fish fry directions to prepare tasty oysters, shrimp and vegetables. Coats up to 3 lbs. of fish.
