Yellow Corn Meal, Yellow Corn Flour, Salt, Monosodium Glutamate, Spices, Citric Acid, Dried Garlic, Paprika, Tri-calcium Phosphate (to Prevent Caking).

Directions
Cooking Directions: 3 Easy Steps: 1. Rinse fish well in ice cold water. Shake off excess water. 2. Coat fish in LA Fish Fry Seafood Breading Mix. 3. Deep fry fish at 350 degrees F until internal temperature is 145 degrees F and until golden brown. Variations: Simply follow the same fish fry directions to prepare tasty oysters, shrimp and vegetables. 10 oz. of LA Fish Fry Seafood Breading Mix coats approximately 3-4 lbs. of seafood.
