Cooking Directions: Sort and rinse beans prior to cooking. Dried beans are a raw agricultural product and may contain foreign material. Bring 5 cups of water to a boil. Add the contents of the large bag to the boiling water. Cover tightly and simmer over a low heat for 1 hour or until tender, stirring occasionally.
