Directions
Microwave Oven: Cook only one at a time. 1. Peel back corner of film to vent. 2. Cook on high 10 minutes. 3. Stir meal; re-cover. 4. Cook an additional 3 to 5 minutes. 5. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it’s hot! Let stand 5 minutes; enjoy! Conventional Oven: Do not prepare in toaster oven. 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Peel back corner of film to vent. 3. Cook on baking sheet in center of oven 55 to 60 minutes. 4. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, It’s Hot! Let stand 5 minutes; stir and enjoy! Tray designed for single use only. Do not re-use. For Food Safety and Quality: Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Microwave directions developed with 1100-watt microwave ovens. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F.
