We switched things up with tender pieces of Gardein meat-free, plant-based chick’n instead of regular chicken. You won’t believe the taste and texture. Whether you’re going meatless or just eating less meat, it’s a simple and satisfying swap so you can get more plant-based protein from the comfort foods you crave.

Ingredients
Filling: Water, Gardein Plant-based Chick’n Bites (water, Soy Protein Isolate, Vital Wheat Gluten, Less Than 2% Of: Methylcellulose, Sunflower Oil, Ancient Grain Flour [khorasan Wheat], Salt, Potato Starch, Natural Flavors, Sugar, Canola Oil, Yeast Extract, Titanium Dioxide [color], Soy Lecithin, Spices, Lactic Acid), Carrots, Peas, Celery, Modified Corn Starch, Onions, Less Than 2% Of: Salt, Soybean Oil, Nonfat Dry Milk, Cream, Tapioca Maltodextrin, Natural Flavors, Sugar, Methylcellulose, Sunflower Oil, Onion Powder, Yeast Extract, Xanthan Gum, Spice, Guar Gum, Extractives Of Turmeric. Crust: Enriched Wheat Flour (wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Interesterified Soybean Oil, Water, Salt, Modified Whey, Caramel Color.

Directions
Microwave Oven Cook only one at a time: 1. Open carton at push tab; peel back along perforations and completely tear off top of carton. Slit top crust. Cook in carton with top off. 2. Microwave in open carton on high 8 to 9-1/2 minutes. Do not cook in microwave ovens below 1100 watts as pot pie may not cook thoroughly. Conventional oven preparation is recommended. Let stand 5 minutes in microwave to complete cooking. Remove carefully; it’s hot! 3. Check that pot pie is cooked thoroughly. Conventional Oven Do not prepare in toaster oven: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove pot pie from outer carton; leave pot pie in paper tray. Wrap crust edge with strip of aluminum foil. 2. Cook on baking sheet 60 minutes. Remove carefully; it’s hot! 3. Let stand 5 minutes to complete cooking. 4. Check that pot pie is cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer in several spots. Crust is golden brown and steam rises from filling. For Food Safety and Quality: Keep frozen; do not thaw. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly. Read and follow these cooking directions.

Keep frozen; cook as directed.

Tear off top completely before microwaving. Push to open.
