Enriched White Flour (Wheat Flour, Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Niacin, Iron [Reduced] Mononitrate, and Riboflavin), Water, and Egg.

Directions
Easy Serve Recipe: Place cut up hen or fryer in a large pot, add water to cover, cook till tender. Remove chicken, remove skin and bone, Bring broth, (5-6 cups) to boil, drop dumplings one at a time. (Microwave 20 seconds for easier removal from papers). After last dumpling, stir very gently. Turn heat to low, cover, cook 30-35 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally-gently. (Chicken may be added back to dumplings). Serves 4 to 6.
