Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 1 hour Makes 10 servings You will Need 1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix 2 lbs. lean ground beef or turkey 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs or 1 cup soft bread crumbs (2 slices bread) 1/2 cup no salt ketchup or tomato sauce (optional) Directions: 1. Mix all Ingredients except ketchup in large bowl until well blended. 2. Shape meat mixture into a loaf. Place in foil-lined baking pan or 9×5-inch loaf pan. Top with ketchup, if desired. 3. Bake in preheated 375degF oven 1 hour or until cooked through.
