Prep Time: 10 minutes., Cook Time: 1 hour., Makes 10 servings., You Will Need, . 1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix, . 2 lbs. lean ground beef or turkey, . 2 eggs, lightly beaten, . 1/2 cup milk, . 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs or 1 cup soft bread crumbs (2 slices bread), . 1/2 cup French’s Tomato Ketchup (optional), Directions, 1. Mix all ingredients except ketchup, in large bowl until well blended., 2. Shape meat mixture into a loaf. Place in foil-lined baking pan or 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Top with ketchup, if desired., 3. Bake in preheated 375°F oven 1 hour or until cooked through.
