Prep Time: 10 minutes. Cook Time: 1 hour. Makes 10 servings. You Will Need . 1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix . 2 lbs. lean ground beef or turkey . 2 eggs, lightly beaten . 1/2 cup milk . 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs or 1 cup soft bread crumbs (2 slices bread) . 1/2 cup French’s Tomato Ketchup (optional) Directions 1. Mix all ingredients except ketchup, in large bowl until well blended. 2. Shape meat mixture into a loaf. Place in foil-lined baking pan or 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Top with ketchup, if desired. 3. Bake in preheated 375°F oven 1 hour or until cooked through.
