It lends the perfect sprinkle of color for everything from scrambled and deviled eggs to potatoes, noodles and carrots. In addition to its use as a garnish, parsley also offers mild, herby flavor that doesn’t overpower the tastes of foods like chicken, seafood, pasta and vegetables. Add parsley flakes to seasoning blends, breading mixes, and herbed butters and sauces. Use 1 tsp. Parsley Flakes in place of 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley.

Directions
Use as a garnish as well as for flavor. Sprinkle on top of fish after cooking, stuffed eggs, cauliflower, potatoes, carrots, yellow squash and soups. Use in chicken salad and other chicken dishes. Roll cheese balls in the flakes. Toss with buttered noodles or rice. Use to top creamed dishes.
