Mighty Leaf’s Matcha is expertly produced in the Shizuoaka region in Japan, where the Tencha leaves are handpicked and finely ground. Originally used in Japanese tea ceremonies, Matcha is now making its way from the traditional tea house into beverages, foods, and confections. Our organic matcha is full bodied with a slight nuttiness, a delightful umami richness and frothy texture for which Matcha is known and loved.

Directions
For every 8 oz of 175°F water, use 1 teaspoon (1.5g) of Matcha in a dry cup or bowl. Begin with 1 oz of water and whisk Matcha into a smooth paste. Add remaining water and whisk to froth, approximately 15-30 seconds.
