Organic Chicken Breast With Rib Meat, Water. Contains 2% Or Less Of Sea Salt, Vinegar, Organic Garlic Powder, Organic Onion Powder, Organic Black Pepper.

Directions
SKILLET:
Remove from plastic bag; spread evenly in a non-stick skillet. Heat on medium-high 4-5 minutes turning frequently.

MICROWAVE:
Remove from plastic bag; spread evenly onto a microwave-safe dish. Cover with paper towel; heat on HIGH 35-45 seconds in 1000 watt microwave oven.

Warnings
Fully cooked. Keep refrigerated. Full freshness until date shown if stored unopened at 36°F or lower. Once opened use within 5 days. Can be frozen in the original package for up to 6 months.
