600 mg boric acid, gelatin suppository

Directions
Directions: Insert one (1) pH-D suppository into vagina as needed, preferably before bedtime. If needed, use one (1) pH-D suppository every 12 hours.

Store in a cool, dry place.

Use by best by date on bottle.
