Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. 2. Place frozen chicken pieces on a baking sheet coated with non-stick cooking spray. 3. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Flip pieces over halfway through heating. 4. Insert a meat thermometer into the thickest portion of the product. Continue heating until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
