Heating Instructions: Conventional Oven (Preferred method): Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place frozen tenderloins on baking sheet. Bake 18-20 minutes or until 165 degrees F. Microwave: Arrange frozen tenderloins on microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high, uncovered, according to quantity: one tenderloin, 45-75 seconds; two tenderloins, 1-1/2-2 minutes; three tenderloins, 2-2-1/2 minutes. Internal temperature should reach 165 degrees F. Do not overheat. Let stand 1-2 minutes before serving. Appliances vary. Heating times approximate.
