Cooking Instructions: Grill: Preheat grill (or grill pan) on medium-high. Arrange chicken on grill. Grill 12-14 minutes,
turning occasionally, until grill-marked and 165 degrees F. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Arrange chicken in single layer on baking sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes until 165 degrees F. Ovens vary; adjust time as needed. Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F. Arrange chicken in single layer in air fryer basket. Air-fry 12-15 minutes until 165 degrees F.
