Directions
Mixing Instruction: For 1 quart, combine 3-3/4 cups water and 1 pouch Publix Instant Dry Milk; stir vigorously until dissolved. For best flavor, store in tightly sealed container and chill overnight before serving. Serving Suggestions: Use prepared milk in place of water for instant mashed potato mix or gravy mix. Prepare as needed for baking when out of fresh milk.
