Directions

For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Stovetop Cooking Instructions: 1. Preheat saute pan on medium-high. 2. Add sausage to pan and cook 4-6 minutes, turning often, until browned. 3. Add 1 cup water to pan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium-low and cover. Cook 15-20 minutes and until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F using a meat thermometer. Grill Cooking Instructions: 1. Preheat grill on medium. 2. Grill, covered, 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F using a meat thermometer. Keep refrigerated.
