Spread (soybean Oil, Water, Palm Oil, Dried Garlic, Salt, Contains 2% Or Less Of: Vegetable Monoglycerides, Natural Flavor, Crushed Garlic [garlic, Citric Acid], Dried Parsley, Whey, Beta-carotene [color]).

Directions
Cooking instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use. Cooking times may vary depending on oven. Conventional or Toaster Oven Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Arrange knots on foil-lined baking sheet. Place baking sheet on middle rack of oven. Bake 4 -5 minutes or until golden brown and heated through. Let stand 1-2 minutes before serving. Do not microwave or place in pop-up toasters. Appliances vary in power; these instructions are guidelines only. For food safety and quality product is fully cooked when it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
