Purified Water, Glycerin, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Chlorhexidine Gluconate, Glucono Delta Lactone, Methylparaben, Sodium Hydroxide.

Directions
To open, flip up cap. Squeeze tube to obtain desired amount of lubricant. Apply as needed. Snap cap closed after use. Store at 68-77 degrees F (20-25 degrees C).
