Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.

Cooking Instructions: For easier slicing, place refrigerated sausage in freezer 10-15 minutes before slicing. Slice sausage roll into 1/2 inch patties. Place patties in a cold saute pan. Cook on medium heat 14-16 minutes, turning sausage frequently for even browning, or until center of sausage patty reaches 160 degrees F and is no longer pink. Note: Due to differences in cooking equipment, cooking times may vary.
