Cooking Instructions: Cooking times may vary depending on your appliance power. Watch closely in final minutes of preparation. Frying Pan With Oil (it is recommended when using this cooking method to use non-hydrogenated liquid cooking oil. A nonstick spray may be used in place of oil) (Recommended Method): Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in skillet or frying pan to medium heat (350 degrees F). Carefully add single layer of frozen potatoes. Cover with lid and fry 10-12 minutes, turning once for uniform cooking. Cook to a light golden color. Drain and spread on absorbent paper. Season to taste. Frying Pan With Water: Preheat nonstick skillet or frying pan over medium heat (350 degrees F). Carefully add single layer of frozen potatoes with 3 tablespoons of water. Cover with lid and fry 10-12 minutes, turning once for uniform cooking. Cook to a light golden color. Season to taste and serve immediately. Pour out amount needed. Keep frozen. Store remainder in freezer.
