Semolina (Wheat), Durum Flour (Wheat), Spinach Powder, Tomato Powder, Carrot Powder, Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate (Iron), Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid.

Directions
Cooking Instructions: Bring 4 quarts water to a boil. Salt boiling water, if desired, and stir in pasta; return to boiling. Boil 9-11 minutes, stirring frequently, until al dente (firm, but tender). Drain. Approximate Cooking Time 9-11 minutes. Cook al dente for full flavor. Cooking Guidelines 12 oz pasta serves 4-6.
