Enriched Precooked Long Grain Rice (Rice, Niacin, Iron [Ferric Orthophosphate], Thiamine [Thiamine Mononitrate], Folic Acid).

Directions
Stove Instructions (Follow Instructions Using Cooking Measurement Chart): Bring water to a boil in saucepot on medium-high. Stir rice into boiling water and cover. Remove pot from heat; let stand 5 minutes or until liquid has been absorbed and rice is tender. Microwave Instructions (Follow Instructions Using Cooking Measurement Chart): Place water and rice in microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave (Microwave ovens vary; adjust time as needed) on high for 5 minutes. Remove from microwave and let stand 5-7 minutes or until liquid has been absorbed and rice is tender. Cooking Measurement Chart Rice: Servings: 2; Rice: 1 cup; Water: 1 cup; Yield: 1-1/2 cups; Servings: 4; Rice: 2 cups; Water: 2 cups; Yield: 3 cups; Servings: 6; Rice: 3 cups; Water: 3 cups; Yield: 4-1/2 cups. Note: Add 1 tablespoon butter and 1 teaspoon salt per cup of rice when cooking, if desired. Serving Suggestion: Stir cooked rice into your favorite soup to bulk it up.
