Wheat Flour, Water, Contains Less Than 2% Of Each Of The Following: Salt, Yeast, Onions.

Directions
Cooking Instructions: Pop in toaster or toaster oven on medium-high setting for 1 or 2 cycles. Or bake in pre-heated toaster oven or conventional oven at 400 degrees F for 4 to 5 minutes.

Keep frozen. If thawed product shelf-life is 24-48 hours.
