Stovetop Directions: Cut 1 lb potatoes into 1-inch chunks. Place potatoes in large stockpot with enough water to cover. Bring to boil on high; cook 6-8 minutes or until potatoes break apart. Microwave Directions: Cut 1 lb potatoes into 1-inch chunks. Place in microwave-safe dish with 3 tablespoons water; cover and microwave on high for 6-8 minutes or until tender. Microwave ovens vary; adjust times as needed. Serving Suggestion: Mash with shredded cheddar cheese and garlic. Slice, chill and toss with minced celery and onions with creamy ranch dressing. Storage: Potatoes should not be refrigerated. For best results, store in a cool, dry, and dark place.
