Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: (Preferred method). Remove wrapper. Thaw by covering with a microwave-safe plate and microwave on high for 1 minute. Place on a spray-coated baking sheet and cook at 375 degrees F until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F, approximately 12 minutes. Flip halfway through cooking. Let sit for 1 minute. Microwave Oven (1000 watt): Remove wrapper. Place on a microwave-safe plate and cover with a microwave-safe plate or lid. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F, approximately 50 seconds per side. Microwave ovens vary; cooking times may need adjusting. Let sit for 1 minute. Enjoy! Cook thoroughly.
