Ingredients
Semola (wheat), Durum Flour (wheat), Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate (iron), Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid.

Directions
Boil: Cooking Orzo
2 qts. water
1 cup orzo
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
Bring water to a boil. Add salt, if desired. Stir in orzo. Return to a boil. Cook uncovered 8-10 minutes. Drain and serve.
Yields approximately 3 cups.
