White Rice Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Corn Flour, Quinoa Flour, Mono And Diglycerides.

Directions
Cooking Directions: See perfect pasta guide for quantities and cook times. Boil water*. To add flavor and reduce stickiness, add salt to taste (optional). Add pasta to boiling water. Return to a boil, stirring frequently. Cook uncovered for 9 – 11 minutes or until desired tenderness. Immediately drain in colander and rinse briefly with warm water*. Drain well and use as desired. Perfect Pasta Guide: Servings: 2; Pasta; 1/3 box; Water: 2 quarts; Salt: 1 tsp. Servings: 3; Pasta; 1/2 box; Water: 4 quarts; Salt: 2 tsp. Servings: 6; Pasta: Full box; Water: 6 quarts; Salt: 1 tbsp. Al dente 9 min. Firm 10 min. Tender 11 min. * To ensure good taste and texture, be sure to use enough water when boiling and to rinse after draining. Maintaining Perfect Pasta: To keep cooked pasta fresh for later use, toss with a small amount of olive oil, and refrigerate.
