Ingredients
Semolina (wheat), Durum Flour (wheat), Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate (iron), Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid.

Directions
Simply perfect pasta: step 1 select number of servings: serving:2; pasta: 1/4 box; water: 1 qt; salt: 1 tsp, serving:4; pasta: 1/2 box; water: 2 qt; salt: 2 tbsp, serving:8; pasta: 1 box; water: 4 qt; salt: 1 tbsp. Step 2: pick your time/firmness: 13 minutes al dente, 14 minutes firm, 15 minutes tender. Step 3: cooking directions: 1. Bring water to a rapid boil. Add salt for flavor (optional). 2. Add pasta and stir; return to rapid boil. 3. Cook uncovered, 13-15 minutes stirring occasionally. 4. Immediately drain in colander. Serve as directed. Storage: to keep cooked pasta fresh for later use, toss with a small amount of olive oil, cover, and refrigerate.
