Ingredients
Beef, Water, Soy Protein Concentrate, Contains Less Than 2% Of The Following: Salt, Spices, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Wheat Flour, Romano Cheese (pasteurized Cow’s Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Parmesan Cheese (pasteurized Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), And Dehydrated Parsley.

Directions
Microwave: Microwave (800w): (1) Place 1 frozen meatball on a microwave-safe plate. Cover with paper towel. (2) Heat on high for approximately 75 seconds or until thoroughly heated. Bake: Conventional Oven: (1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place desired amount of frozen meatballs on a baking sheet. (2) Heat for approximately 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stovetop: (1) Place desired amount of frozen meatballs in a pan with 1/4 inch water and cover. (2) Bring to a boil and reduce heat. (3) Simmer for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Heat & Serve: Heating temperatures & times may vary, please adjust accordingly. Check that product is heated thoroughly to 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Enjoy!
