These gyoza are filled with pork and delicious vegetables. With just the perfect amount of Shiitake mushroom, they make a perfect addition to soup on a cold day. Too warm for soup? Panfry for golden and crispy bottoms and serve with our delectable gyoza sauce included. Quick meals come easily when you have these on hand.
Ingredients
Filling: Pork, Cabbage, Napa cabbage, Shiitake mushroom, Green onion, Corn starch, Soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt), Water, Salt, Sesame oil, Sugar, Garlic, Natural flavour (contains salt), Ginger, Spice.
Wrapper: Unbleached enriched flour [wheat flour, enrichment (niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid)], Water, Canola oil, Salt, Corn starch.
Gyoza sauce: Water, Sugar, Soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt), Vinegar, Canola oil, Salt, Sesame oil, Granulated garlic, Spices (contain turmeric), Guar gum, Xanthan gum.
Directions
PAN FRYING (for crispiness):
Put 1 tablespoon cooking oil, Gyozas and 1/3 cup of water into a frying pan with Gyozas flat side down.
Cover pan with lid and set the stove on high. Reduce heat to medium once water starts boiling.
Cook for 5 minutes or until water is completely evaporated and Gyoza bottoms are crispy.
Serve with SUMM! Gyoza sauce.
MICROWAVE:
Put Gyozas on a plate and cover Gyozas with a wet paper towel.
Heat on high in a microwave for about 1 minute until fully heated.
Serve with SUMM! Gyoza sauce.
