Lo Mein Noodles (water, Semolina Wheat Flour), Traditional Seitan (water, Wheat Gluten, Soy Sauce1 (water, Soybeans1, Wheat, Salt, Alcohol)), Broccoli, Water, Green Beans, Mushrooms, Sesame Oil, Bell Peppers, Carrots, Soy Sauce1 (water, Soybeans1, Wheat, Salt, Alcohol), Cane Sugar, 2% Or Less Of Rice Vinegar, Garlic Puree, Cornstarch1, Ginger Puree (ginger, Water, Citric Acid), Mushroom Juice Concentrate, Natural Flavor, Tamarind Paste, Spices.

Directions
For food safety and quality, follow these instructions Cooking Instructions: Microwave Oven (for a 1100W microwave): Slit film to vent. Cook on high for 3 minutes, remove film, stir and recover, cook on high an additional 45 seconds. Let stand for 1 minute. Enjoy! Conventional Oven: Do not place this bowl in the oven.
