Proprietary Blend: Organic Marshmallow Leaf, Organic Marshmallow Root, Organic Fennel Fruit, Organic Orange Peel, Organic Cinnamon Bark, Organic Lemon Peel, Organic Lemon Myrtle Leaf (Backhousia Citriodora) Oil on Gum Arabic.

Directions
POUR 8 oz. freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag. COVER & STEEP for 10-15 min. SQUEEZE tea bag to ensure maximum goodness.
