Directions
Cooking Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to cook. Thawing is not recommended – cook from frozen. *Cooking times and temperatures may vary substantially. Internal temperature should be at least 165°F. We strive to produce a fully boneless” product. As with all fish, however, occasional bones may still be present. 11-12 mins. Air Fryer: Set air fryer temperature to 400°F. Place desired amount in a single layer. Flip half way through. 7-9 mins. Pan-Fry: In a lightly oiled pan, cook over medium. Flip half way through. 6-8 mins. Grill or Barbecue: Preheat grill to medium heat (350°F). Flip half way through. Microwave cooking is not recommended.
