Ingredients
Calcium Carbonate, Maltodextrin, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Less Than 2% Of Croscarmellose Sodium, Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, Vegetable Juice (color), Glycerin

Directions
Take one tablet 30 minutes before bedtime. For best results, use nightly, allow more than 6 hours of sleep. Store below 77°F (25°C).
