Water, Enriched Parboiled Rice (rice, Niacin, Iron [ferric Orthophosphate], Thiamine Mononitrate, Folic Acid), Seasoning (dehydrated Vegetables [onion, Red & Green Bell Peppers, Tomato], Salt, Garlic, Corn Meal, Sugar, Maltodextrin, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein, Monosodium Glutamate, Dehydrated Chicken, Spices, Saffron, Artificial Color [including F.d.& C. Yellow No.5, F.d.& C. Red No.3], Celery Extract), Olive Oil.

Microwave Instructions: 1 Squeeze pouch to separate rice. 2. Open two (2) inches of top to vent heat. 3. Microwave Times – 1 pouch = 90 Seconds; 2 Pouches Microwave for 2.5 minutes. 4. Remove from Microwave using Cool Touch” on unopened side of pouch. Skillet Instructions: 1. Squeeze pouch to separate rice Pour into skillet. 2. Add 2 Tbsp (30 ml) water stir occasionally until heated. Caution! Take care when handling hot pouch. Use Cool Touch zones.
Refrigerate unused portion.”
